We use limited first-party records to understand aggregate page activity and whether visitors use the inquiry form, WhatsApp, email or telephone links. These contact-action records contain the action type, website page, approximate country, referrer and a basic human-or-bot classification. They do not store the destination email address or telephone number as part of the click record. Submitted inquiry details are stored separately as described above.
